How far in advance do I need to order?

Dessert Cakes: Min. 1 week

Specialty Cakes: Min. 1 week

Sweet Treats: Min. 1 week

Custom & Sculpted Cakes: Min. 2 weeks

Wedding Cakes: Min. 4 weeks

Is a deposit required?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

Your remaining balance is due upon pickup and prior to delivery. We do not accept payment on site of a delivery.

Can I make alterations to my order?

We are happy to accommodate order alterations. However, we are unable to accept alterations within 3 days of your event.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Our delivery fees are as follows (base fees, subject to change):

Brampton: $25

GTA: $50

Outside GTA: Priced on an individual basis. Please contact us with the delivery address for pricing.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and cash.

How do I handle and store my order?

Place the cake on the flattest part of your car for transport - not the seat!
Make sure your AC is on.
Store cakes in the fridge at all times prior to serving.
Leftovers should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
Some items may contain wire supports, wooden skewers, or toothpicks.

What if I damage my order when I bring it home?

You will be given instructions on how to keep your order safe when you pick it up. Please also see our recommendations here on our FAQ page.

While we understand that accidents happen, we are not responsible for any damage to your order once it leaves our shop.

I have allergies/food sensitivities

*Our bakery is NOT certified nut-free and some items may contain peanut or tree nut products*

For all other allergies please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate - we however cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

We offer Vegan and Gluten-Friendly items upon request at an additional cost. We cannot guarantee these items are 100% Vegan or Gluten-Free.
